Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst Intern to join our Global Sales Compensation team at Criteo. As a key member of the FP&A and CSF&O organization, you will work closely with the Commercial Management and Regional Sales Operations teams to drive quarterly commercial cycles and design sales compensation strategies for the Commercial population.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in sales compensation administration, including data quality checks, analysis, and achievement calculations.
  • Support Regional Sales Ops in quarterly Business Planning and Compensation processes, including target setting and achievement exceptions management.
  • Improve data quality in the Sales Compensation Management Tool - Anaplan, and prepare accruals and achievements processes within our Sales Compensation management tool.
  • Provide support to Regional Sales Ops on HR data, including role definition and performance period.
  • Animate the Business Operations community and consolidate Planning and Sales Compensation updates and follow-up actions for key Business Ops meetings.

Requirements:

  • Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, with great communication and customer service skills.
  • Autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with the ability to deal with large sets of data & numbers.
  • Fast and enthusiastic learner, with a willingness to improve Business Operations documentation and participate in maintaining an updated version of the Sales Compensation Playbook.
