We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor to join our team at Teleperformance. As a representative of our company, you will be the ambassador of our brands in the coffee and culinary world, providing exceptional support to our customers.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work with one of the world's leading players in small domestic appliances, associated with the world of coffee, the kitchen, air conditioning, and home care. As a Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing 360-degree support to our customers, including presales and aftersales scenarios, both in physical stores and e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide spoken and written communication in Portuguese and Spanish to our customers
  • Offer advanced technical support for troubleshooting and backoffice tasks
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Work collaboratively with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical information to provide accurate and helpful support

What We Offer

  • 38,5h/week, rotating shifts from Monday to Saturday
  • Permanent contract
  • Salary: 16.808,58€ gross/year
