Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Booking With Brooke. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, assisting with bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with bookings using our cutting-edge booking engine, which outperforms popular sites like Expedia and others.
  • Provide personalized support to ensure clients have a smooth and enjoyable booking experience.
  • Work remotely and set your own hours, offering flexibility and autonomy.
  • Communicate with clients in both English and Spanish, if necessary.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and solutions in the travel industry through ongoing training sessions.
