Business Development Specialist

Are you passionate about sales and eager to make a difference? We're looking for a skilled Business Development Specialist to join our international Sales Department. As part of our team, you'll play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Acquisition of new clients: Find potential clients and offer them tailored solutions.
* Identify sales opportunities: Keep an eye out for chances to grow and expand our business.
* Cross-selling and upselling: Offer additional services to existing clients to maximize revenue.
* LinkedIn Networking: Connect with industry contacts to promote Europe Language Jobs.
* Goal Analysis and Strategy: Work with the team to analyze goals and plan strategies.
* Outbound Calls: Follow up on client inquiries and offer advice on using our services.
* Client Advising: Guide clients on how to use Europe Language Jobs effectively.
Requirements:
* Languages: Proficiency level of English + Any other EU language
* Experience: Proven sales experience in an online context
* Skills: You are proactive, eager to learn and highly motivated
* You have previous relevant experience in sales
* You are not afraid to pick up the phone
* You are a friendly and positive team player and willing to work in an international environment
* You want to develop a career in sales
* You are able to identify customer needs and you have excellent listening and communication skills
