The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team, specializing in MongoDB and NOSQL database management. As a key member of our database engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance database solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain MongoDB and NOSQL databases in various environments, including on-premise and cloud-based setups.
- Install, configure, and manage database security, ensuring the highest level of data protection and compliance.
- Administer and configure advanced database security features, including access control, encryption, and auditing.
- Manage database backups and recovery processes, ensuring seamless data restoration in case of failures.
- Monitor and optimize database performance, ensuring optimal query execution and data retrieval.
- Install and configure necessary software and applications for database management and administration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in administering Oracle databases.
- At least 5 years of experience in administering MySQL databases.
- At least 3 years of experience in similar roles in public administration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle database administration and management.
- Experience with MySQL database administration and management.
- Experience with high-availability Oracle environments (Oracle RAC, ServiceGuard, Oracle RAC One Node).
- Experience with Oracle DataGuard.
- Experience with Oracle Advanced Security (DataMasking, Encription, Audit Vault,..).
- Experience with database tuning and optimization.
- Experience with backup and recovery management (RMAN Recovery Manager).
- Knowledge of volume management (ASM).
- Experience with Cloud Control.
- Experience with MySQL standalone and InnoDbCluster.
