At Sportradar, we are looking for a talented Service Reliability Engineering Team Leader to join our Managed Platform Services (MSS) tribe in Seville, Spain.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a capable team leader who has a strong technical foundation to drive one of our Service Reliability Engineering teams.
Responsibilities
• Lead a distributed team of Service Reliability engineers, monitoring their performance and taking proactive action to guarantee continuous improvement in the team's ways of working and efficiency.
• Ensure 24/7 on-call readiness of the team to respond to escalated incidents.
• Take active part defining and adopting global and internal reliability targets.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 2 years in a team leadership role.
• Technical proficiency and knowledge of IT infrastructure, networks, systems, cloud providers, and virtualization.
Key Competencies
• Outstanding leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
