Job Title: Technical Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Asset Management Specialist to join our team at The Nadara Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our renewable energy assets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of our renewable energy portfolio using advanced monitoring tools.
  • Conduct regular site visits to inspect and maintain our energy plants, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve plant performance, reduce costs, and increase efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to clients and stakeholders on plant performance and technical issues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, with a focus on technical asset management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English and Italian, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
