The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Renewable Energy Portfolio Manager to join our Asset Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational and maintenance activities of our renewable energy projects in Europe and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and monitor project-level activities to ensure maximum generation revenues.
  • Monitor and manage main operating costs of PV plants and portfolios.
  • Manage warranty claims and insurance policies.
  • Monitor participation in energy markets and ensure compliance with all processes.
  • Implement health and safety policies and site management plans.
  • Implement ESG company policies at local level.
  • Provide relevant inputs and KPIs to other areas, such as business development and energy assessment.
  • Travel to project sites as required to ensure proper operational maintenance plans.
Requirements:
  • At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in renewable energy portfolio management.
  • Master's degree in Engineering.
  • Excellent knowledge of renewable energy plants construction, operation, and maintenance.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to establish technical discussions in different cultural environments.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, with Italian a plus.
  • Excellent knowledge of office tools such as Excel and BI.
  • Knowledge of programming tools such as Python, PowerBI, and QBI.
