About the Role:

Teleperformance Spain, a leading customer experience management company, is seeking a highly skilled Onboarding Team Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the success of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Team Leadership: Manage a team of specialized executives, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and KPIs.
  2. Business Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, including forecasting, opportunity development, and data analysis.
  3. Coaching and Development: Identify training needs and provide coaching to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  4. Operational Oversight: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  5. Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements:
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  2. Language Skills: High level of written and spoken English (C1). Native or high level of Dutch, German, Swedish, and Danish is a plus.
  3. Experience: Previous managerial experience is desirable.
  4. Skills: Strong presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Passionate about sales, technology, and the internet, with a desire to learn and develop.
