Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute the medical strategy for rare diseases in Iberia, aligned with the company's overall goals.
- Manage medical projects and provide scientific information to internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including thought leaders.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and market access teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Ensure compliance with EFPIA codes, local guidelines, and Ipsen SOPs.
- University degree in Biomedical Sciences, MSc, PhD, MD, or PharmD.
- 2-4 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in Medical Affairs, with a focus on rare diseases.
- Expert/fluent communication in Spanish and English.
- Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills.
