Job Title: Senior Customer Solutions Manager – Automotive Industry
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Solutions Manager to join our Automotive & Manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs and a strong understanding of Automotive manufacturing and production IT. They will also have a robust understanding of key technology and market trends, experience with a revenue realization in throughout complex IT transformations, and a deep understanding of software development/engineering life-cycle from conception to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Customer Solutions Manager, you will be responsible for working with one of the largest and most complex Automotive OEMs in the world, enabling their multi-year journey to the cloud. You will act as a trusted customer advisor, ensuring all AWS teams are working together effectively to deliver transformational outcomes for the customer. You will also be responsible for evangelizing AWS services and influencing customer adoption, as well as driving the execution of enablement plans, acceleration programs, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live events.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Previous experience leading complex, large-scale IT/digital/business transformation programs
- A strong understanding of Automotive manufacturing and production IT
- A robust understanding of key technology and market trends
- Experience with a revenue realization in throughout complex IT transformations
- A deep understanding of software development/engineering life-cycle from conception to delivery
- Superior written and verbal communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to effectively deliver information to c-suite/VP level
- Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills with precise attention to detail
