Are you a passionate consultant with strong management skills looking to grow in an international environment? We are seeking a talented individual to join our Transactions team in Madrid and help strengthen our business in Europe.

Your Mission

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions. You will also coordinate internal and external consultants, harmonize CapEx tables and benchmarks, and deliver a range of building surveying services including technical due diligence and project monitoring.

Your Experience

We are looking for a candidate with successfully completed studies in civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or comparable technical training. You should have at least 2 years of practical building surveying/consultancy experience in Real Estate, as well as experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices. You should also have a high level of self-motivation, good communication skills, and assertiveness, and be able to work effectively in interdisciplinary and international project teams.
