About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Building Surveyor to join our Transaction team in Madrid. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and managing interdisciplinary project teams to carry out technical due diligence projects and monitoring projects for property or portfolio transactions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate internal and external consultants and harmonise CapEx tables and benchmarks
  • Deliver a range of building surveying services, including technical due diligence and project monitoring
  • Take ownership of service workload and gain project lead status in the near future
  • Support end-to-end business development opportunities and provide excellent service to clients, supporting their needs
  • Independently build and maintain a relevant network in the property industry
Requirements
  • Successfully completed studies in civil engineering, MEP engineering, architecture, industrial engineering, or comparable technical training
  • 2+ years of practical building surveying/consultancy experience in Real Estate
  • Experience with real estate sectors such as hospitality, logistics, retail, or offices
  • High level of self-motivation, good communication skills, and assertiveness
  • Very good knowledge of Spanish and English; knowledge of German would be an advantage but not mandatory
