As a Financial Assistant - Employee Expenses, you will be based in Ebury Central León Office, working on a 4-day week office-based schedule with one day of remote work.
The Role
  You will join the Finance team at Ebury's León office, focusing on reviewing and reconciling employee expenses, making payments, and controlling expenses. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and advance your career in a rapidly expanding, international company.
Responsibilities:
• Verify employee expense information and ensure compliance with the group's employee expenses policy.
• Reconcile processed work by comparing system reports to balances and verifying entries.
• Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
• Manage all employee queries regarding travel expenses.
• Collaborate in cross-departmental projects and the audit process.
Requirements:
• Vocational training or recent graduate in Administrative, Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or similar field.
• Proficient user of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong proficiency in English (B2) and Spanish (C1), with additional languages being a plus.
Desired Skills:
• Detail-oriented and highly reliable individual with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with basic accounting principles and teamwork experience.
• Data analysis, documentation, and multi-tasking capabilities are essential.

Estimated Salary: $45,000-$55,000 per year
