Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant - Accounts Payable Expert to join our Finance team in Leon. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and career progression in a rapidly expanding international company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, verify, and reconcile invoices efficiently.
  • Paying employees by verifying expense reports and preparing paychecks.
  • Manage vendor queries related to finance and ensure timely payments.
  • Reconcile processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
  • Maintain accurate accounting ledgers by posting account transactions.
  • Prepare analyses of accounts and produce monthly reports.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • A university degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a similar field.
  • Advanced user skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite/Oracle, SAP, and NAV).
  • Proficiency in English (C1 level) and Spanish (C1 level), with additional languages being an asset.
Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is around £45,000 - £55,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
