We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and providing general administrative assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling all correspondence and inquiries.
• Manage the CEO's schedule, including coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
