Executive Assistant to the CEO

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to our CEO. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the CEO, handling phone calls, emails, and visitors.
• Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
• Prepare and distribute meeting materials, including agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
