As the HR Director for Socialpoint, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success. Reporting to the Vice President, HRBP NA Europe, you will lead the HRBP team and partner closely with Workplace Services, Business Operations, and corporate teams to deliver a first-class employee experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted partner for senior leadership, providing thought leadership and direction in every phase of the employee lifecycle.
  • Lead the integration and implementation of new people processes and policies, from onboarding to offboarding, performance management, and learning and development.
  • Own the employee lifecycle framework, including social activities and reward cycles, to deliver a seamless and engaging experience.
  • Partner with senior leadership, HRBPs, CoEs, Business Operations, and teams across Zynga and Take Two to support successful process rollout and evolution.
  • Develop and maintain a people operations roadmap and strategy for Socialpoint/Barcelona, ensuring alignment with business goals and driving growth, speed, innovation, and improvement.
Requirements
  • Experience in Human Resources, with a managerial position leading one or more HR functions/teams.
  • Proven experience in managing HR operations in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of Spanish employment law compliance.
  • Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to connect and provide support at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with global, distributed HR teams.
