Job Summary:

The Reconocida Empresa is seeking a seasoned Senior Human Resources Director to spearhead the development and implementation of its HR strategy for the European market. This pivotal role requires a strategic thinker who can adapt and implement HR policies and procedures, prepare pre-opening budgets and HR strategy plans, and oversee all aspects of talent management, including recruitment, training, and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and ensure compliance of employee benefits and compensation plans
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture
  • Manage a team of HR Directors across different business units
  • Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business goals
  • Monitor HR metrics and ensure cost-effectiveness of the HR function

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in HR management, business administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a senior HR role within the hospitality industry
  • Strong background in managing large-scale operations and pre-opening experience
  • Deep understanding of HR functions and best practices
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Good grasp of data analysis and performance metrics
