Job Summary:

Guided Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead our team in the EMEA & APAC regions. As a key member of our Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing HR strategies that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as the HR Business Partner for our Global Consumer Business Unit and all teams across the EMEA and APAC regions.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance and advice, aligning HR strategies with business goals.
  • Support talent management, organizational development, and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Lead a team of HR Business Partners in the region and hold dotted line management to EMEA/APAC Recruiter and Payroll Manager.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Extensive HR experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong business partnering skills with experience in working with commercial and marketing organizations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership capability with experience in global or multinational organizations.
  • Ability to influence and drive change at all levels of the organization.
