Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director of Human Resources to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the company's human resource strategy and implementing HR policies and procedures that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Human Resource Strategy
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive human resource strategy that supports the company's business objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • HR Operations
    • Oversee talent management, including recruitment, training, and development.
    • Design employee benefits and compensation plans.
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Leadership and Culture
    • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture.
    • Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
  • Performance Management
    • Monitor HR metrics and report on performance.
    • Manage the HR budget and ensure cost-effectiveness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a top Human Resources role within the hospitality industry (hotels & well-known restaurant groups).
  • Previous experience managing big operations (6/8 hotels) or complex/cluster roles in well-known hotel brands.
  • Pre-opening experience.
  • Excellent knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Good understanding of data analysis and performance metrics.
