About the Role

The Belmonte Group is seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Director of Human Resources to lead our human capital function and drive business outcomes. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent, and manage the full lifecycle of employees, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Employee Engagement and Development: Design and deliver programs to enhance employee engagement, retention, and performance, including training, development, and succession planning.
  • HR Operations and Administration: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the HR function, including benefits administration, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Business Partnership and Strategy: Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies that drive growth and profitability, and provide HR expertise to inform business decisions.
  • Change Management and Communication: Lead organizational change initiatives, develop communication plans, and ensure a smooth transition for employees.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, leaders, and external partners.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, finance, and strategy, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
