Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and industry best practices
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job posting, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions
  • Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters, including performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary actions
  • Conduct training sessions on various HR topics to ensure employees are aware of company policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Experience in human resources management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
