**About Monday Working Spaces By Urbania:** We are a dynamic company that offers innovative workspaces and services to our clients. We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Community Center Manager to join our team in Málaga.

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a Community Center Manager to lead our team in Málaga. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the center, including sales, asset management, and team management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management, commercial skills, and team leadership.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Drive and close sales through different types of commercial actions.
  • Develop and execute a commercial plan to achieve the objectives set for the opening of the center.
  • Manage assets, including suppliers, quality standards, and income statement.
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve complex customer service cases.

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in offices.
  • Training in business management, commercial/marketing, or tourism.
  • Advanced knowledge of digital marketing tools and CRM.
  • Demonstrable experience in obtaining short-term results.
  • High customer and results orientation, strategic sales vision.
  • Proficient in Excel and Power Point at user level.
  • Great attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Commercial profile, sociable person, empathic capacity.
  • Complete proficiency in English.
