We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Community Associate to join our team at Monday Working Spaces By Urbania in Málaga. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our center, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and overseeing all aspects of community wellness.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the onboarding process for new members, ensuring a smooth transition and a warm welcome to the community.
- Coordinate the issuance and follow-up of payments, maintaining accurate records and resolving any discrepancies.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the center, including coordination with suppliers, maintenance, and security.
- Plan and execute internal and external events, ensuring a unique and engaging experience for our community.
- Act as a reference person and incident resolver, providing exceptional customer service and support.
**Requirements**
- 2 years of experience in asset management, preferably in office management or event coordination.
- Training in business management, commercial, or marketing.
- Demonstrable experience in event planning and execution.
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
