**Job Title:** Senior Finance Manager

**Location:** Remote work policy, with flexibility to work from home or office

**Responsibilities:**

  • **Financial Reconciliation:** Verify entries and compare system reports to balances, with a focus on automation and process improvement.
  • **Business Growth:** Implement new financial entities to support the company's expansion and growth.
  • **Regulatory Compliance:** Implement new systems to ensure compliance with international financial regulations.
  • **Financial Reporting:** Maintain accurate accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions, and prepare analyses of accounts and monthly reports.
  • **Cross-Functional Projects:** Collaborate with various departments on strategic projects.
  • **Audit Support:** Participate in the audit process to ensure financial accuracy and compliance.
  • **Team Leadership:** Manage and lead a team of finance professionals.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • 4+ years of experience in a Big 4 firm is highly desirable.
  • University degree in Accounting, Business Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP, and NAV).
  • Proficiency in English (C1), Spanish (C1), and other languages are a plus.
