Luxury Property Portfolio Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Team Lead to join our team at Le Collectionist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Regional Director and driving the growth of our luxury property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational Management: Supervise the implementation of business development strategies defined by the Regional Director, set and track growth targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team, and prepare regular reports on project progress and team performance.
- Collection Management (Owner Account Management): Act as a Senior Collection Manager, overseeing a segment of the portfolio for key accounts, and coordinate the promotion of additional products and services to property owners.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Collection Managers and assistants, provide strong operational leadership, and foster a culture of collaboration, excellence, and innovation within the team.
- Coordination and Communication: Collaborate operationally with other departments to optimize processes and maximize operational efficiency in Supply.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supply chain operations, property management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
