We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Hosco. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our Human Resources function, ensuring exceptional products and services are delivered within brand operating standards.
Key Responsibilities- HR Administration: Assist in the preparation and implementation of the resort's Human Resources Plan, including employee onboarding and offboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.
- Policy Development: Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to create a positive and engaging work environment for our team.
- Recruitment Support: Assist the Recruitment Manager and Director of Human Resources in the recruitment plan and host ratios, succession planning, and career development plans (MDPs).
- Host Support: Resolve daily queries of Hosts related to HR systems, validating information and documentation in every Hosts profile.
- Communication: Send Hotel / HR Announcements and important communications via HR systems and email.
- Guest and Host Interaction: Interact with guests and hosts in a professional, courteous, and positive manner and proactively seek feedback.
- Additional Duties: Perform any additional duties given to you by the Director of Human Resources.
To execute this position, you will have the required qualifications, technical skills, and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results. You will possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources, Labour Relations, or Hospitality Management, and more than two years' experience in a similar human resources role.
You will have an intuitive sense for motivating people, a passion for excellence, and an understanding of the sophisticated needs of luxury customers and the hosts who serve them.
You will have advanced technical skills, including MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and HRIS systems. You will have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish.
