We are seeking a skilled professional to drive the Edge Infrastructure product forward.
The PositionThis is a highly technical software and infrastructure project, mainly targeting developers. The successful candidate will have a strong technical understanding of tools and technologies involved and software development processes in general.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Act as the customer's voice within the team, investing time to understand user needs and sharing insights with engineers during refinement sessions.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to align, clarify, visualize, and communicate the team roadmap.
- Prioritize individual tickets, ensuring a balanced approach between feature development and managing technical debt effectively.
- Engage with stakeholders to determine priorities and visualize outcomes using sprints and the backlog.
- Plan timelines of upcoming work according to the team's capacity, skills, and absences.
- Participate in release activities to comply with quality processes and regulations.
- Required Experience:
- 5+ years of experience as a software, infrastructure, or DevOps engineer, preferably with cloud-native technologies or modern software stacks.
- 2+ years of experience in content leadership roles or similar.
- Demonstrated team leadership and customer focus in a previous role.
