Our Hotel
Portals Hills Boutique Hotel is a luxury hotel located in a beautiful bay on the island of Mallorca. The hotel features 30 suites, a wellness area, an in-house boutique, and a pool bar & lounge. We offer a unique and Mediterranean stay with our exclusive penthouse, equipped with FENDI furniture.

Your Role
As a Front Office Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Checking in and out guests
  • Controlling and preparing arrivals and departures
  • Welcoming and saying goodbye to guests
  • Advising guests on hotel facilities and services
  • Accepting and processing reservations
  • Operating the telephone system
  • Managing complaints
  • Handling invoicing and cash accounting
  • Controlling credit card statements

Your Profile
We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Completed hotel management training or a degree in hotel or tourism management
  • Work experience in the front office
  • Very good knowledge of German, Spanish, and English
  • A warm, authentic, and outgoing personality
  • Flexibility and stress resistance
  • Strong guest and service orientation
