We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Office Agent to join our team at Portals Hills Boutique Hotel. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out processes.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests to ensure a memorable and enjoyable stay, responding to their needs and preferences in a timely and professional manner.
- Room Assignments and Directions: Provide guests with accurate and clear information about their room assignments and hotel facilities, while also up-selling and promoting hotel services and amenities.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and cashiering, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all transactions.
- Guest Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints in a professional and courteous manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Communication and Teamwork: Maintain effective communication with colleagues and other departments, working collaboratively to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Hotel Knowledge and Promotion: Stay informed about hotel facilities, services, and promotions, and promote these to guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete administrative tasks, such as updating guest profiles and reporting revenue discrepancies, in a timely and accurate manner.
- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry.
- Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, English, and German.
- Technical Skills: Opera Cloud experience required.
- Soft Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a friendly and customer-oriented approach.
