We are seeking a skilled Front Office Representative to join our team. As a Front Office Representative, your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Guest Check-in and Check-out
  2. Arrival and Departure Management
  3. Guest Welcome and Farewell
  4. Providing Information and Services
  5. Reservation Management
  6. Telephone Operations
  7. Complaint Resolution
  8. Financial Transactions
  9. Credit Card Management
  10. Front Office Operations

Your Profile

We are looking for a candidate with:

  1. Hotel Management Training or Degree
  2. Front Office Experience
  3. Excellent Language Skills in German, Spanish, and English
  4. A Warm and Outgoing Personality
  5. Flexibility and Stress Resistance
  6. Strong Guest and Service Orientation
