Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Payments Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on client satisfaction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive product solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end delivery of new initiatives and maintenance items within Payments and Collections, including business analysis and testing.
- Identify and execute improvements to current features and processes, collaborating closely with Technology teams.
- Define, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions.
- Analyse requirements, implications, and opportunities from new regulations and rulebooks.
- Strong understanding of Payments schemes and rulebooks, including international and domestic payment rails.
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, with experience communicating with leadership, business, and technical stakeholders.
- A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a product role, preferably in a high-growth fintech or neobank.
- Competitive salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
