Job Summary

As a Customer Service Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing customer service department operations.

You will analyze commercial data and suggest areas of improvement, ensuring the highest level of service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Direct people management responsibility, including staffing and performance development.
  2. Commercial data collection and analysis.
  3. Propose solutions to address manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles.
  4. Act as the single point of contact for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns.
  5. Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar.

Knowledge and experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.

Experience in planning and executing outages.

Familiarity with Contractual/transactional Service Agreements.

Demonstrated communication and organizational skills.

Client-oriented.
