We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales professional to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. As a New Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in the region, leveraging your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
The ideal candidate will have a native-level understanding of German and fluency in English, as well as a strong background in sales or business development. Experience working in a team environment and ability to influence others to their point of view are essential requirements.
About the Role:
- Grow sales volume through finding and calling new potential business partners.
- Ensure that business requirements are met and matched to the services and products offered.
- Develop a promotion plan together using a combination of promotional tools/resources.
- Effectively transition the client to the account management team.
