- Manage hotel website content and user experience to improve traffic and conversion rates.
- Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics.
- Create social media strategy and content calendar for consistent brand messaging.
- Collaborate with Sales and Revenue Management teams on integrated marketing campaigns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing roles within hospitality or luxury industry.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content management systems.
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools and methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
A competitive salary range of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits including discounted hotel rooms and food and beverage rates.
