**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Resort Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Fairmont La Hacienda in southern Spain. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to showcase their skills in talent acquisition, employer branding, and strategic support.

**About the Role**

As a key member of our Talent & Culture department, you will oversee and assist leaders and colleagues in all aspects of talent selection, employer branding, and other key areas. Your primary objective will be to provide strategic support to all departments through effective collaboration and coaching.

**Responsibilities**

  • Assist in managing the workflow and day-to-day operations of the Talent & Culture Department.
  • Support colleagues and leaders with their inquiries.
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to internal stakeholders.
  • Promote positive colleague relations by fostering an environment of open communication, trust, mutual respect, and enjoyment.
  • Participate in Talent & Culture social media initiatives to promote the property as the best place to work.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from coordinating interviews and contracts to onboarding.

**Requirements**

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury resorts.
  • Oral and written fluency in both Spanish and English.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Strong team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders.
  • Service-oriented, with a sharp attention to detail, passion for innovation, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with ability to embrace and respond to change effectively.
  • Self-motivated and energetic, with strong prioritization skills.

**What We Offer**

A competitive salary of €60,000 per annum, plus benefits including discounted hotel rooms and food and beverage rates to employees at our sister properties around the globe.
