Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Clinic Agenda team. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our Clinic Agenda project in Spain. Your primary responsibility will be to manage a diverse portfolio of continuous improvement projects, aiming to elevate operational excellence and scale the Clinic Agenda project with quality.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the Clinic Agenda project in Spain, ensuring that the project team adheres to all standards and defined global processes.
- Understand the business in granular detail by listening to various business stakeholders and clinics, and then use this information to lead initiatives in the country.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure that project goals align with overall business objectives. Act as the main point of contact for all project-related communications, updates, and queries.
- Ensure playbooks are updated and information is available for everyone.
- Collaborate with Project Managers in other countries, sharing and implementing best practices.
- 4+ years of experience in leading operations projects, with involvement in customer success and sales environments.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and synthesize data to provide actionable recommendations.
- Hands-on experience in implementing solutions and driving results in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
- Excellent communication skills, including strong reporting and presentation skills.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
