Job Title: IT Service Management Engineer

Join our IT Service Management Team as an IT Service Management Engineer and contribute to the delivery of high-quality IT services to our customers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Service Management Engineer to join our team. As an IT Service Management Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering and applying ITSM policies, processes, and procedures across the organization.

You will work closely with teams across all levels of the organization to ensure the effective implementation of ITSM governance standards, including changes, incidents, and problems management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and apply ITSM policies, processes, and procedures
  • Work with teams to ensure the effective implementation of ITSM governance standards
  • Communicate across organizational boundaries and collaborate with senior management to achieve delivery targets
  • Generate and understand statistical service reports on logged issues and changes
  • Contribute to the creation of the roadmap of initiatives for the ITSM team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years relevant work experience
  • Technical background in ITSM or related field
  • Knowledge of systems management platforms and service management solutions
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and IT infrastructures
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
