Job Title: IT Service Continuity Management Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced IT Service Continuity Management Expert to join our team at Axa. As a key member of our Operational Resilience team, you will play a crucial role in promoting Group Operational Resilience vision and ambition for sound practice implemented at Entities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Group IT Service Continuity Management lead to the implementation of the Group IT Service Continuity Management strategy.
  • Contribute to the interaction with the main stakeholders and governance bodies at Group AXA, supporting the achievements of Operational Resilience strategic objectives.
  • Advise and educate the ITSCM Community on IT Resilience challenges related to new technology and AXA IT strategy.
  • Support other practices within Group Operational Resilience, including Crisis Management and Business Continuity, in the achievement of the overall Operational Resilience Strategy.
  • Be an active member of Group IT Service Continuity Management, Operational Resilience, and Group Security teams.

Requirements:

  • Experience in IT Service Continuity Management and Operational Resilience.
  • Strong understanding of Group Operational Resilience strategy and vision.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
