Baxter's Southern Cluster Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Manager to drive marketing programs and commercial execution for the Southern Cluster Europe region. This role will operate within the Southern Cluster structure, collaborating with stakeholders such as Medical/Clinical, Finance, and Training & Education.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic planning, business development, and digital marketing. They will be responsible for establishing and leading regional strategy, analyzing performance, and recommending enhancements.
Key responsibilities include owning launch execution readiness, effectiveness, and compliance, and articulating cluster needs and market intelligence to GBU and regional stakeholders.
This role will also involve collaborating with the Kidney EMEA team, countries, and multiple functions such as Commercial Excellence, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, Advocacy, Market Access, Medical, Supply Chain, and Training.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of operating in a matrix, cross-functionally, and in a geographically disperse team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and lead regional strategy and business focus areas
- Analyze cluster and country business performance and recommend enhancements
- Own launch execution readiness, effectiveness, and compliance
- Liaise effectively with Kidney EMEA team and countries and across multiple functions
- Provide data and insight, make recommendations for on-market product introductions
- Supports quality growth of key revenue generators in WEU region
- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies
Requirements:
- Extensive Marketing/Commercial experience in the Medical Device/Pharma industry
- University degree: Master's/ PhD degree, MBA is a plus
- Background in strategic planning and business development helpful
- Preferably training and experience in Digital Marketing with performance history
- Analytical skills with business acumen
- Top communicator, influencing, negotiation and collaboration skills
