About the Role:

This position involves developing our relationship with Chinese clients and partners in the automotive sector in Europe. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a deep knowledge of Chinese culture, and the ability to work in a multicultural team. The role requires a bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, marketing, or a related field with fluency in Chinese and English, and proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop existing and new contacts within the automotive industry, aiming at detecting project opportunities and forging long-term relationships.
  2. Develop the sales volume with Chinese clients and partners in Europe, while maintaining an overview of ongoing projects.
  3. Manage and support the communication and link between IDIADA Group and clients, checking continuously their satisfaction.
  4. Support the integration of Chinese Sales teams in Europe and enhance communication with technical experts in Spain.
  5. Promote sales actions related to Chinese clients and partners, including visits, events, marketing, contracts, and NDAs.
  6. Implement the sales strategy for Chinese customers in Europe, according to corporate guidelines.
  7. Support invoicing and collection activities in close contact with Chinese clients and partners.
