Your Role: As a Legal Counsel, you will play a crucial part in executing the missions entrusted to team members. You will be responsible for drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial agreements, including cloud, license, and professional service contracts across a wide range of software offerings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
  • Providing dedicated legal support to sales teams based in Southern Europe
  • Thinking on your feet to work with the business to solve issues as they arise
  • Working as part of the global legal team on initiatives to improve legal provision across OT
  • Building positive working relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Handling general corporate matters; resolving commercial disputes and dealing with data protection considerations

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years post-qualified experience as a lawyer
  • Commercially minded and keen to learn about the business
  • Fluent French and English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Clear communication style
