We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casino CRM & Product Executive to join our team at Betway Group. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for executing the CRM and Product Strategy to increase customer lifetime value across our Betway product, mainly focusing on Casino Online product and strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Support and enhance the overall casino activity
- Manage a range of communication tools – email, SMS, push notification, in-app messaging, landing pages
- Utilize data-driven insights and market research to enhance player engagement and retention, such as content updates, initiatives, and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with Compliance team to ensure all products meet the required jurisdictional compliance while maintaining consideration of responsible gambling
- Manage projects with involvement in all Retention and Marketing processes starting from planning up until execution and reporting
- Owning the Games product roadmap with final sign-off on game mechanics, user flows, and detailed specification
- Monitoring key performance metrics, A/B testing, and analyzing campaign effectiveness to optimize marketing strategies
- Managing content creation with the help of the creative department
- Ensuring Betway website is up to date across all platforms (mobile & desktop)
- Fully supporting the Casino Product (Slots, Table Games, and Live Dealer) portfolio with focus on creating innovative
- Following-up the Casino Games product roadmap with final sign-off on game go-live date
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the Casino Product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization
- Following industry and competitors' trends, as well as emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve in the rapidly evolving gaming landscape
- Reviewing and reporting on campaigns, looking to spot trends we can try to reverse or enhance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with a focus on achieving shared goals
- Expertise in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with a track record of delivering on time and within scope
- Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring high standards of quality in all outputs
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and priorities, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic situations
- Experience in the gambling industry
- Interest in online casino products
- Fluency in English and Spanish
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Content Builder, Journey Builder, CDP, etc.)
- Good project management skills
