**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sportsbook Executive.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Sportsbook vertical, contributing to its growth and success. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks aimed at ensuring smooth operations, optimizing customer experience and driving business outcomes. Your dedication and expertise will be instrumental in maintaining our position as a leading player in the sports betting industry.
- Monitor betting activity, markets, and liabilities to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Analyze various risk reports on a daily basis, identifying risk areas, and taking appropriate action to mitigate potential losses.
- Suggest improvements to existing risk management strategies and processes.
- Ensure on/off-site sportsbook content is relevant, accurate, and up to date.
- Analyze the quality of trading, including sports, leagues, markets, and selections, and make recommendations for improvement.
- Profile and manage different types of sportsbook customers, considering their preferences, behaviours, and risk profiles.
- Assist the CRM, Content, and Marketing teams with tasks related to sportsbook activity, such as promotions, campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Risk Prevention and Fraud (RPF) department to identify and prevent sportsbook-related fraud.
- Handle customer service queries related to sportsbook operations and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sportsbook tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent professional level of English & Spanish to ensure clear communication within the team
- Demonstratable experience in a Sportsbook environment, demonstrating a solid background in sports betting operations
- Strong passion for sports and betting, with a deep understanding of the lifecycle and intricacies of a sportsbook
- Knowledge or experience in the Spanish market, providing valuable insights and expertise
- Exceptional working attitude, demonstrating commitment and the ability to meet business expectations
- Experience working in a fast-changing and fast-paced industry and environment, adapting effectively to changes and delivering results
- Proactive and highly organized individual with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure, ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner
