About the Role
Ferrovial is one of the world's leading infrastructure operators, committed to developing sustainable solutions. As a key member of the Global IT & Innovation practice, you will be responsible for enabling and accelerating the Digital Transformation Plan across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the evolution of the company's digital strategy through close interaction with Ferrovial's Chief Information & Innovation Officer (CIIO).
- Communicate key programs and impactful initiatives across the organization, and orchestrate multiple executive meetings at both the Board and Executive Committee levels.
- Build relationships across the organization and help teams connect across business areas and geographies to influence stakeholders when needed.
- Support the definition and evolution of the IT operating and governance model across business units, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of digital transformation and its alignment with business strategy. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization and influence stakeholders. Additionally, you will need to have a strong analytical mindset, with the ability to challenge and enhance methodologies for evaluating strategic opportunities within technology and innovation areas.
