**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly experienced Marketing Manager Series, Spain to play a key role in building strategic and creative marketing campaigns for the international launch of our Netflix TV series produced in Spain. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building insight-led 360 consumer marketing campaigns, preferably with a background in entertainment, global lifestyle, or renowned creative agency.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns to promote our Netflix TV series in Spain and globally

• Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including Content and Product teams, Publicity and Regional marketing teams, to ensure campaigns connect with audiences on a local and global level

• Build relationships and establish trusted partnerships with talent agencies and external partners

• Oversee the creative direction and execution of marketing campaigns across all channels, including AV, key visuals, and media assets

• Develop and manage workflows, and produce required marketing shoots

• Collaborate with our world-class product creative team to integrate our originals marketing campaigns ideas within the member product experience

**Requirements**

• Minimum 8 years of previous experience in building strategic insight-led 360 consumer marketing campaigns

• A history of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration with both internal and external partners

• Previous experience producing/managing photo/AV shoots

• Fluency in English and Spanish is a must

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Previous international working experience is preferred
