About the Role

Amazon Web Services is seeking a seasoned Industry Enablement Lead to empower AWS Global Sales EMEA account teams to drive growth and customer engagement through effective enablement strategies and programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement strategies to strengthen selling capabilities and accelerate new hire sales readiness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advocate for the Field and drive business impact.
  • Design and deliver scalable enablement programs, including live and virtual sales productivity initiatives.
  • Establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees.
About the Team
