About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Industry Enablement Lead to join our Emea team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing enablement strategies to accelerate growth and improve sales effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute enablement plans to strengthen selling capabilities and optimize new hire sales readiness
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business impact and leverage internal resources
  • Design and deliver scalable mechanisms to facilitate sales productivity and drive learning
  • Establish positive stakeholder relationships with new and tenured field employees

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
  • Experience defining, refining, and implementing sales processes, procedures, and policies
