About the Role
As a Senior Legal Counsel, you will work closely with the Finance team and the Legal team on various projects, overseeing the legal aspects of our business and providing proper advice to management. You will take ownership of drafting, negotiating, and providing advice and support on commercial contracts, partnership agreements, financing agreements, and corporate agreements.

Key Responsibilities
• Participate in the design and monitoring of the commercial launch of new products and services.
• Coordinate external legal counsels on specific matters, including local law firms in each market.
• Proactively look out for ways to improve existing commercial and financing agreements.
• Provide business partners with a thoughtful legal perspective, guidance, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
• Manage relationships with external counsels to ensure efficient project delivery and optimum outcomes.

What We're Looking For
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and hands-on lawyer with a law degree from an EU university and 6+ years of experience as an attorney at a reputable law firm specializing in commercial law or as an in-house counsel within a fintech or fast-growing tech startup. Fluency in English is required, and experience advising high-growth, VC-backed startups or scale-ups is highly desirable.
